Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WaterPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. WaterPath is an internal tool available exclusively to employees of amira.vn.

2. Description of Service

WaterPath is a collaborative food ordering application that allows amira.vnemployees to coordinate group meals by browsing restaurant menus, placing individual orders within a shared session, and splitting bills. The service requires either a valid @amira.vn Google account or a linked off-domain secondary email on an existing employee account to sign in.

3. Eligibility

Access to WaterPath is restricted to individuals holding an active @amira.vn Google Workspace account, or a linked off-domain secondary email attached to an existing employee account. Attempting to access the service with any other account will be rejected automatically.

4. Cookies and Sign-In Sessions

Authenticated use of WaterPath requires browser cookies for the app's secure session flow. If you block, clear, or interfere with the required cookies, sign-in, session refresh, logout, or other authenticated features may stop working until you sign in again. WaterPath does not rely on browser localStorage to keep you signed in.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WaterPath only for its intended purpose — coordinating group food orders within amira.vn. You must not:

• Use the service for any commercial or personal purpose outside amira.vn
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service
• Submit false or misleading orders on behalf of other users
• Share access credentials or order session links with individuals outside amira.vn

6. User Content

Any notes or information you submit as part of a food order are stored solely to fulfil that order and are visible to other members of the same order group. Do not include sensitive personal information in order notes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WaterPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that restaurant menu data will be accurate or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, amira.vn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WaterPath, including but not limited to incorrect orders or service unavailability.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of WaterPath after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
